• All made of SS 304, except that inner shell with steam jackets made of SS 316

• 100% TIG Welded and sanitary polished surface

• Mash kettle, working volume of 100L, SS304, top man way, mash mixer

• Lauter tun, working volume of 100L, SS 304

• Whirlpool tun, working volume of 100L, SS 304; steam jackets on side and bottom are made of SS 316

• Control panel

• Wort pump

• Sanitary plate heat Exchanger & wort aeration system

• SS frame with sanitary processing piping & sanitary valves

• Two pieces of fermentation tanks, 100L, SS 304, with cooling jacket on shell and cone

• Valves for two fermentation tanks, including such valves as butterfly valve, ball valve, solenoid valve, PVRV, etc

Typically it takes about 90 days to manufacture a brew house system, but depending on the size and the amount of customized equipments, the delivery date can be shorter or longer.
